4Deposits and Withdrawals

5Bonuses and Promotions

6Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bg532. Players found to have engaged in any of the following will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

10Account Suspension and Termination

bg532 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to prohibited activities, misuse of bonuses, or provision of false information during registration.
• bg532 has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• The player fails to complete required KYC verification within the timeframe specified by bg532, or provides false or misleading documentation as part of a verification request.
• The player requests voluntary account closure. Players may close their account at any time by contacting support. Where a balance remains on the account at the time of closure, bg532 will process a withdrawal of that balance to the player's registered wallet, subject to verification requirements.

Where an account is suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms, including where the breach relates to fraud or bonus abuse, bg532 reserves the right to void and forfeit all balances held in the account, including any pending withdrawal requests. This right applies regardless of whether the balance consists of deposited funds, bonus funds, or winnings.

11Privacy and Data Protection
